Our client is a leading Real Estate Development company in Saudi Arabia, currently working on retail and hospitality projects.

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience
• 5+ years GCC experience (KSA preferred)
• Current experience with a Tier 1 developer working on retail and hospitality projects
• Proven track record delivering projects from feasibility studies to handover
• Project values 800 million +

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of retail and hospitality projects from initial feasibility through design, construction, and final handover.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including market demand, footfall analysis, tourism trends, and financial viability.
• Identify and secure development opportunities aligned with retail catchments and hospitality destination strategies.
• Develop and manage project budgets, financial models, and ROI targets across retail leasing and hospitality operations.
• Define and execute tenant mix strategies, including retail brands, F&B concepts, and hotel or serviced apartment operators.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and operators to create layouts that optimize customer flow, guest experience, and commercial performance.
• Oversee planning approvals, authority coordination, and compliance with regulations specific to retail and hospitality developments.
• Manage construction progress and tenant/operator fit-outs to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and operational readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, anchor tenants, hotel brands, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless project handover by aligning all operational requirements, brand standards, and pre-opening activities for retail tenants and hospitality operators.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelors or masters degree in Architecture
