Engineer II – Aircraft Bombs & Warheads Development (Lahab)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Engineer II – Aircraft Bombs & Warheads
to lead design, integration, testing, and qualification activities for advanced aircraft bomb and warhead systems.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design activities.
-
Conduct engineering analyses (structural, fragmentation, performance).
-
Integrate bomb/warhead structures with fuzing, guidance, and aerial platforms.
-
Support prototype manufacturing and test preparation.
-
Plan and participate in ground, flight, and arena tests.
-
Ensure compliance with MIL‑STD, STANAG, and safety regulations.
-
Oversee technical documentation and configuration control.
-
Support proposals, technical evaluations, and supplier collaboration.
-
Execute MRP/ERP tasks.
Key Requirements
-
Advanced knowledge of product design and development processes.
-
Strong 3D modelling and simulation skills.
-
Excellent planning, communication, and cross‑functional coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
-
3–5 years of experience in aircraft bomb/warhead design and manufacturing.
Working Environment
Office‑based with regular visits to integration and test facilities, including possible travel abroad.
