Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Development Manager to work for a leading Real Estate Developer with a strong reputation for creating innovative, design-led communities that focus on lifestyle, wellness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive end-to-end management of multiple development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

· Lead feasibility studies, business plans, and financial models to support investment decisions.

· Manage design development in collaboration with architects, consultants, and internal teams.

· Oversee project approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

· Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely reporting to senior management.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, sales, marketing, legal) to align development objectives with business goals.

· Manage external consultants, contractors, and partners to deliver projects to agreed quality standards.

· Contribute to the strategic growth of the development portfolio by identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in all aspects of development management
• Significant financial acumen with proven experience in feasibility and investment analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and development processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
