Role Overview
The Development Manager will lead and support the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial real estate development projects while actively contributing to business growth through deal sourcing, partnerships, and investment opportunities. This role requires a balance of strong project execution skills and strategic business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Development & Management

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial real estate development projects from concept to completion

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Oversee feasibility studies, design development, permitting, and construction phases
-
Ensure alignment with investment objectives and asset value optimization
2. Business Development & Investment Support

Identify and evaluate new commercial real estate investment opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, partners, and key stakeholders
-
Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential deals
-
Support deal structuring, negotiations, and acquisition processes
-
Contribute to portfolio growth strategies and expansion initiatives
3. Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners

Present project updates, investment proposals, and reports to senior management

Manage relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field

Master’s degree (MBA or Real Estate) is a plus

10+ years
of experience in real estate development and/or commercial investments

Proven track record in managing commercial real estate projects

Experience in business development, deal sourcing, or investment analysis
