Development Operations Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Development Operations Analyst to support our growing real estate development platform. This role focuses on improving coordination and process alignment across Pre-Development, Construction (Owners Rep), and Architecture.
All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Effective communicator
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Track project progression from design through construction start
- Maintain development pipeline dashboard and milestone reporting
- Ensure complete and accurate handoffs to Construction
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support cross-functional coordination across development teams

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires minimal travel.
