We are looking for professional and compassionate Caregivers to care for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. We provide quality care for our clients in a comfortable and warm environment. Join our team today! The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our clients.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, grooming, bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report incidents
• Implementing programs, staying in Ratio
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Accompany individuals on community outings, or doctors visits

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Arizona Driver's License (active driver)
• Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (Preferred)
• Article 9 (Preferred)
• CPR/First Aid (Preferred)
• Prevention & Support (Preferred)
• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Ability to lift and/or move more then 50lbs
• Respectful and compassionate
• Time management skills
• Team player
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay $15.25/hour

Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, life insurance! With opportunity of 401k after a year.
