Deviation Investigator – Parenteral Operations

Position Summary

Brooksource is seeking two Deviation Investigators to support parenteral operations during startup. These roles conduct investigations, identify root causes, and write clear deviation reports covering filling, prep, sterilization, formulation, inspection, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and document deviation investigations across parenteral operations.
• Gather information through interviews, data review, and floor walkthroughs.
• Identify root causes and contributing factors.
• Write clear, concise deviation reports.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and align CAPA actions.
• Support timely closure of investigations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality, operations, engineering, or technical fields.
• Background in life sciences, engineering, military, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Exposure to investigations or CAPA processes.
• Understanding of GMP environments.
