DTS Security Consultant (8+ Years Experience)

Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and solution architect for endpoint, IoT, and device security operations within the Devices & Telco Security Tower. This role defines strategic architecture, policy governance, and integration roadmaps for unified device protection under the MSS framework.

Key Responsibilities

– Define and own the device and endpoint security strategy, ensuring alignment with MSS objectives and compliance with NCA and CST standards.

– Architect and integrate endpoint protection, MDM, and IoT security solutions to ensure unified visibility and response capabilities.

– Oversee implementation and tuning of EDR tools such as Matrix42 and SentinelOne for advanced threat prevention and response.

– Develop secure onboarding frameworks for IoT devices, ensuring encryption, access control, and compliance with operational policies.

– Establish governance and policy frameworks for endpoint lifecycle management, patching, and posture validation.

– Lead audits, security assessments, and configuration baselines for device security systems.

– Collaborate with Infrastructure, Data Security, and Identity Towers to ensure consistent and secure cross-domain integrations.

– Conduct proof-of-concepts for emerging device security technologies and recommend enhancements for MSS delivery.

– Mentor technical staff, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices in endpoint and IoT security.

Shift Coverage

8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on-call for P1 and P2 incidents.

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.

– Minimum of 8 years’ experience in endpoint and IoT security design, operations, or architecture.

– Proven experience integrating endpoint and IoT security controls in telecom or managed environments.

– Deep knowledge of device policy frameworks, encryption standards, and threat protection strategies.

Preferred Certifications

– Matrix42 Certified Architect or SentinelOne Advanced Analyst.

– CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security leadership certification.

– ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or NCA/CST Compliance Practitioner.

Reporting Line

Reports to Devices & Telco Security Tower Lead.
