Lead and support system validation activities to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality system requirements.

Partner with IT, plant representatives, and divisional labeling teams to plan and execute technical enhancements, integrations, and scalability initiatives.

Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design to support system improvements and upgrades.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot Bartender printing issues related to the technical systems, identify improvement opportunities, and drive timely resolutions.

Manage and maintain XML/JSON API messaging integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange between systems.

Ensure performance and functionality meet usability, reliability, and security standards.

Support continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, automation, and customer experience.

High engagement in discussions relating to label printing process improvements, support assessment and disposition of triage tickets, participate in investigatory system trouble-shooting activities, generate regular data reporting, and support project readiness deployments.

High engagement in discussions relating to labeling requirements, process improvements, support business expansionary goals and assist the business in identifying, managing, and moderating levels of risks and compliances.

Evaluating SaaS / Cloud offerings from different vendor , compare features and report the findings
