DevOps Analyst 2
Location: Remote, Remote to Wayne, PA; Remote to Naperville, IL

How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
A DevOps Analyst 2 is a professional capable of understanding and improving the Software Development Lifecycle and a developer enablement mindset. They also have some operational knowledge of different automation tools to develop digital pipelines and environments. The DevOps Analyst would have to work in collaboration with the Cloud Operations, IT staff, and developers to monitor the code releases.

How You’ll Drive Success
  • Regularly update stakeholders on ongoing troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
  • Participates in technical training programs and self-directed learning.
  • Thoroughly document all cases and communications utilizing a case tracking system (JIRA).
  • Will be responsible for application software delivery and troubleshoot failure of installations.
  • Use diagnostic tools and/or run tests to resolve problems quickly and accurately.
  • Research and resolve internal and external user-reported issues related to a product or discipline.
  • Consults and coordinates work efforts with other analysts and engineers to resolve stakeholder issues and questions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with project tasks and action items
  • Document and report application defects to Development and other Cloud Operations teams and influence change by way of software or procedural enhancement.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • AWS platform experience or training (within the last 2 years)
  • Understanding of modern Operating Systems and Cloud Architecture
  • Understanding of modern development and deployment practices
  • Able to produce clear concise documentation
  • Knowledge of tools, applications and architectural patterns associated with CI/CD and cloud development
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Understanding of modern scripting technologies, including PowerShell and Bash
  • Windows IIS and/or Apache Web Server configuration knowledge;
  • Python – highly desirable;
  • Programming skills – highly desirable;
  • Containers (Docker/EKS) – highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 and commensurate with your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, you will be eligible for performance-based incentives aligned to individual, team, and company results.
