DevOps and Backend Engineer

Position: DevOps & Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js / TypeScript.
• Build and optimize APIs and database queries (MongoDB + Prisma).
• Implement authentication, role-based access, and secure integrations.
• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices.

DevOps

• Manage deployments with Docker and AWS.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, scale, and secure infrastructure.
• Handle database migrations, backups, and performance tuning.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js / TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Good understanding of security and role-based access control.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time systems / sockets.
• Knowledge of VoIP or API integrations.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Exposure to microservices or AI/ML pipelines.
