DevOps - AWS

We are looking for a motivated DevOps to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in DevOps practices who is eager to provide first-line support, ensure system reliability, and work hands-on with AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for production and staging environments.
• Perform DevOps activities such as system monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and manage AWS accounts, with a focus on cost tracking, cost optimization, and resource usage.
• Ensure SLAs are met by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
• 3-4 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies within AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with cloud migration
• Familiar with setting up control towers
• Good coding skills (example: Python)
