Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain collaboration tools (like Jira, Confluence, or Trello) to facilitate communication among development, QA, and operations teams.
• Implement and manage bug tracking systems to ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to prioritize bug fixes and track progress.
• Ensure that proper documentation is maintained for all bugs and enhancements.
• Conduct training and support for team members on using collaboration and bug tracking tools effectively.
• Monitor tracking metrics and generate regular reports to provide insights on progress and performance.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in DevOps collaboration and bug tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role focusing on collaboration and bug tracking.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Git, and other related project management systems.
• Understanding of DevOps processes and practices.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
