Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join Cywarden’s engineering team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration between development and operations. You will be responsible for automating processes, maintaining high availability, and optimizing performance to deliver secure and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development workflows.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to create and manage infrastructure as code.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security for all infrastructure and services.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
• Implement automated testing for infrastructure deployments and system updates.
• Troubleshoot production issues, investigate root causes, and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the deployment process is streamlined and supports rapid delivery of products to clients.
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and systems monitoring.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative team environment.
• Certifications (optional but preferred):
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certifications.
