DevOps Engineer

Role Summary:

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating, scaling, and maintaining the infrastructure supporting ARVO’s microservices ecosystem. The role ensures continuous integration and deployment across on-prem and cloud environments, optimizing performance, security, and reliability. The engineer works closely with backend, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline development pipelines, manage containerized workloads, and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using modern DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

2. Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

3. Monitor system performance using ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.

4. Manage secure network configurations, firewalls, ingress rules, and SSL certificates.

5. Implement automated backups, failover strategies, and disaster recovery plans.

6. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and rollback processes.

7. Maintain log management, metrics collection, and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue resolution.

8. Ensure security compliance, regular updates, and vulnerability scanning for all environments.

9. Support troubleshooting for production incidents, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation.
Qualification / Education / Experience

I. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

II. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in DevOps

III. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Ubuntu servers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
