So, what responsibilities does the DevOps Engineer take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Responsible for DevOps & CI/CD infrastructures of all product development teams within the company
• Construction and location of company-specific DevOps buildings
• Examining the log, performance and capacity metrics of the systems and making the final controls
• Implementation of near-end CI/CD products with relevant teams for new products/services
• Cloud Native – Bridge between the Software and Infrastructure teams and the product team in the transition to Container-Based architecture
• Managing / supporting problem solving and root cause studies with relevant infrastructure and operation teams
• Keeping the team and infrastructure up-to-date by following DevOps trends and technologies

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• At least 2 years of experience
• Experienced in CI/CD processes
• Experienced in Source Code analysis (Jenkins, BitBucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Owasp zap) and Load Balancing tools (Nginx, F5)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps topics and tools
• Worked with Docker, Kubernates, Microservice, Container Technologies
• Preferably certified in Azure Kubernates Services
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Applicaiton Insight, Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, InfluxDB, Graylog, Splunk, ELK etc.)
• Experienced in event-driven architecture using distributed messaging tools such as Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of and used scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash scripting, etc.) and software development and Agile processes,
• Having a creative, proactive and analytical perspective in problem solving
• Inclined to teamwork, responsible, strong in communication, able to use initiative, customer-oriented
• Highly motivated to learn and use new / different technologies
• Able to communicate and develop effectively with internal and external stakeholders
