What You’ll Do

Package & Deploy

  • Develop reusable Helm charts, pipelines, and templates for deploying in both dedicated and shared customer environments.
  • Build and maintain containerized deployments of our software across Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift).
  • Implement Kubernetes’ best practices and keep cluster configurations aligned with industry standards.

SaaS Enablement

  • Design and manage SaaS environments including: Single-Tenant Dedicated Clusters, Single-Tenant Shared Clusters, and Multi-Tenant Shared Clusters.
  • Deploy across cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP with a focus on security and scalability.
  • Drive cost optimization through efficient resource provisioning, autoscaling, and usage monitoring across cloud and Kubernetes environments

Developer Environments & Automation

  • Automate provisioning and lifecycle management of Dev, QA, and UAT environments.
  • Optimize engineering workflows to improve team productivity and platform stability.

Technical Implementation & Leadership

  • Take ownership of hands-on implementation of DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.
  • (Optional) Mentor and lead a team of 5–10 DevOps engineers, depending on your experience level.

Monitoring & Observability

  • Instrument monitoring and observability using tools like OpenTelemetry (OTLP),
  • Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Jaeger to enable metrics, logs, and trace collection.
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting into CI/CD workflows to support proactive response and system health visibility.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Expert-level Kubernetes and Helm experience — this is your strongest skill.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
  • Real-world experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenShift cloud deployments.
  • Skilled in scripting with Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Configuration Management using Ansible.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native security and compliance, including:

o Container image hardening

o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

o Secrets management

o Implementing DevOps workflows aligned with compliance standards (e.g., OPA,

CIS Benchmarks, SOC2, etc.)

o Strong advocate and implementer of security best practices

  • Experience with observability and monitoring stack, including OpenTelemetry (OTLP),

Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and/or Jaeger for collecting and visualizing metrics, logs, and

traces.

  • Bonus Points

o Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or IaC tools (e.g., Terraform).

o Experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, Flux).

o Exposure to virtual Kubernetes cluster tooling (e.g., KinD).

o Understanding of secure multi-tenant architectures.

o Java or Python development background

o experience in cost optimization in cloud infrastructure to maximize efficiency and

reduce operational expenditure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
