DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in automation, infrastructure management, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

You will play a key role in streamlining development workflows, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring high availability and scalability of systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux and Unix based systems.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python.
• Support application deployments and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Configure and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and availability using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix administration.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash) and Python.
• Working knowledge of Java-based applications deployment is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems: GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Strong experience in Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹392,565.27 - ₹1,568,662.04 per year
