  • Lead high‑visibility and mission‑critical engineering efforts with minimal oversight.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers or project teams.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration and operational issues in distributed or cloud‑based systems.
  • Participate in system design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security best practices.

What you'll need:

  • Master's degree plus 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years of experience, or 18+ years of experience without a degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related fields, in any of the following areas:

    • Docker / Containerization
    • Kubernetes
    • Fluency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc), ideally with multi-cloud

    • Linux system administration
    • Integrating COTS, GOTS, and open‑source components
    • Automated testing tools and secure software development practices
    • Overseeing or leading technical teams

Bonus points if you have:

  • Advanced experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC)
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed technical teams
  • Experience with CrafterCMS or similar frameworks
  • Ability to work independently on mission‑critical, high‑visibility projects
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
