As we build and scale our platform, we are looking for a technically strong and execution-focused DevOps Engineer who can manage our cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, security, monitoring, automation, and overall system reliability.

Position Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure to design, deploy, manage, monitor, and continuously improve Filumart's cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

The candidate will work closely with the Development, QA, Security, and Management teams to ensure that applications are deployed efficiently, securely, reliably, and with minimal downtime.

Microsoft Azure experience is mandatory for this position.

Candidates without practical, hands-on Azure experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities1. Microsoft Azure Cloud Management

Manage and maintain Filumart's Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud environments, including:

• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure App Services
• Azure Storage
• Azure Virtual Networks
• Network Security Groups (NSG)
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Container Services / Azure Container Instances / related container services
• Azure Monitor
• Azure DNS
• Azure Load Balancer
• Azure Application Gateway
• Azure Resource Groups
• Azure Backup and recovery services
• Azure Entra ID / Identity and Access Management

Manage and maintain:

Development → Staging → UAT → Production

environments.

2. CI/CD & Deployment Automation

Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Filumart applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate application builds, testing, and deployments.
• Manage deployment workflows across multiple environments.
• Implement automated rollback and recovery mechanisms where required.
• Reduce manual deployment activities.
• Work closely with developers to improve release processes.

Experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.

3. Infrastructure as Code & Automation

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration wherever possible.

Experience with tools such as:

• Terraform
• ARM Templates
• Bicep
• Ansible
• PowerShell
• Azure CLI

will be an advantage.

4. Containerization

Manage containerized applications and environments.

Hands-on experience with:

• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Container registries such as Azure Container Registry (ACR)

will be highly preferred.

5. Monitoring & Performance Management

Monitor Filumart's cloud infrastructure and application environments to ensure:

• High availability
• Performance
• Reliability
• Scalability
• Resource utilization
• Infrastructure health

Configure and manage monitoring, alerts, logs, and dashboards using Azure monitoring and logging solutions.

Identify potential infrastructure issues before they affect customers.

6. Security & Access Management

Implement and maintain cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Secure Azure infrastructure.
• Manage identities, roles, and permissions.
• Configure access controls.
• Manage secrets and credentials securely using Azure Key Vault.
• Implement network security controls.
• Monitor security-related events.
• Follow least-privilege access principles.
• Support vulnerability management and security improvements.

7. Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Develop and maintain reliable backup and recovery procedures.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for supporting:

• Backup strategies
• Disaster recovery
• Application recovery
• Infrastructure recovery
• Failover procedures
• Recovery testing

The objective is to minimize service interruption and protect critical business data.

8. Infrastructure Scalability

Ensure Filumart's infrastructure can scale according to business requirements.

Monitor infrastructure capacity and recommend improvements related to:

• CPU
• Memory
• Storage
• Network
• Application performance
• Database infrastructure
• Cloud resource utilization

Support infrastructure scaling during high traffic and business growth.

9. Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Production incident troubleshooting
• Application deployment failures
• Network connectivity issues
• Server and infrastructure issues
• Performance problems
• Availability issues
• Log analysis
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Participate in incident response and post-incident improvement activities.

10. Collaboration with Development Team

Work closely with developers to:

• Improve application deployment processes.
• Identify infrastructure requirements.
• Optimize application performance.
• Implement DevOps best practices.
• Improve development-to-production workflows.
• Support new technology integrations.
