DevOps Engineer (3 Months)-(Contract)

BlackStone eIT, a prominent player in the IT solutions industry, is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between software development and operations, facilitating the flow of work throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for automating processes, integrating new tools, and improving collaboration among team members. Your expertise in cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management will help drive our projects toward success, ensuring that our applications are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
• Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Support the implementation of security policies and practices
• Document processes and maintain infrastructure as code
• Participate in the planning and execution of deployments and migrations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar capacity
• Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS or Azure
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
• Basic knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or Bash
• Understanding of networking and security best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
