DevOps Engineer – SaaS Deployment Specialist (AWS & GCP)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up, deploying, and maintaining SaaS-based applications on AWS and GCP platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment pipelines, ensure infrastructure scalability, and maintain high availability for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Setup and Management:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

• Configure and manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.

2. SaaS Deployment and Optimization:

• Deploy SaaS applications ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.

• Automate deployment processes, monitor systems, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

3. Monitoring and Security:

• Configure monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Stackdriver.

• Ensure compliance with best security practices, including access control, data encryption, and vulnerability management.

• Conduct regular audits and performance tuning of deployed SaaS solutions.

4. Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with development teams to define and implement infrastructure requirements.

• Support troubleshooting of production issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Provide technical guidance on DevOps best practices and cloud architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on SaaS applications.

• Strong expertise in AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS) and GCP (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine).

• Proven experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-cloud architecture and migration strategies.

• Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.

• Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., VPC, DNS, load balancers).

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
