OrangeUni is building scalable digital platforms that serve thousands of users across multiple markets. We are looking for a DevOps professional who goes beyond infrastructure, someone who can design system architecture end-to-end, covering backend services, frontend delivery, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable AWS architecture (backend + frontend delivery)
• Own infrastructure strategy for Python services and Vue/Nuxt frontend
• Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant systems
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform required)
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Manage Docker and containerized deployments (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Configure and optimize NGINX from scratch (reverse proxy, caching, TLS, rate limiting)
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Optimize performance, scaling strategy, and cloud cost efficiency
• Define security best practices (IAM, secrets management, access control)

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or System Architecture roles.
• Strong experience designing system architecture for scalable web platforms (backend + frontend delivery).
• Strong AWS expertise (S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, CloudFormation).
• Strong experience with CI/CD design and deployment automation.
• Must have hands-on experience with NGINX, including writing configuration files and setting it up from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with message brokers (Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, scaling strategies, and reliability engineering.
• English — Full professional proficiency (B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing microservices architecture for high-traffic platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture (OAuth, IAM, encryption, access management).
• Experience with Vue.js SPA deployments
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging).
• GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD)
• Security compliance exposure (SOC2/HIPAA awareness)
• Familiarity with dependency and deployment tools (Poetry, Fabric).
• Experience aligning infrastructure decisions with product and engineering roadmaps.
