    • Experience building and operating CI/CD systems, automation pipelines, and developer self-service tooling.

    • Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) for automation and tooling development.

    • Familiarity with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing), incident management, and defining SLOs/SLIs.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document technical designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or similar cloud/platform credentials preferred.

    • Experience with GitOps, service mesh technologies, and platform as a product principles is advantageous.

    • Previous experience in high-availability, multi-region deployments and cost optimization strategies preferred.

    • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and supporting operational controls is a plus.
