Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for infants, toddlers, and children with diverse needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun
• Follow specific care routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's activities and any concerns that arise during care
• Adapt quickly to different family preferences and routines while maintaining consistency in caregiving standards
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring children closely and adhering to safety protocols
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and working collaboratively with families

Skills

• Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages
• Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding schedules, diapering, and sleep routines
• Ability to provide toddler care with patience, energy, and understanding of developmental milestones
• Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs to ensure inclusive care
• Certification in first aid and CPR to respond effectively in emergencies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with parents and understanding individual child needs
• Demonstrated flexibility and reliability to step in on short notice when backup support is required
