Dolce & Gabbana, a global leader in luxury fashion and beauty, seeks a
strategic and results-driven E-commerce, Digital & CRM specialist
to lead 360° digital & CRM initiatives across the GCC region.
Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for shaping and leading regional E-com, Digital & CRM strategies in alignment with brand guidelines and global vision.

, elevate brand equity, drive sell-out, and reinforce Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s leadership in the luxury beauty segment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

Align the strategy with key stakeholders to optimize digital investments and ensure effective media mix across paid, owned, and earned channels

Manage influencer and digital content strategies to maximize awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
-
Measure and report digital campaign performance (ROI, reach, CPM, engagement), providing actionable insights to optimize future investments

Partner and closely collaborate with Global and Regional Digital Teams to ensure digital content, brand assets, as well as digital strategies are aligned with key priorities of the region

Ensure a strong and efficient digital plan across all channels of distribution & retailers

Monitor competitors’ digital activities and propose innovative activations to reinforce Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s online leadership

Research new Digital Marketing trends and best practices across various countries to amplify the digital investment in the Middle East region
CRM & Consumer Engagement:

Develop and deploy CRM strategies across boutiques and department stores to drive client retention and loyalty

Collaborate with HQ CRM and retailer teams to implement personalized, data-driven activations and clienteling initiatives

Lead CRM data & dashboards to drive the action plans on recruitment and retaining the clients

Leverage consumer insights and segmentation to tailor brand experiences across online and offline touchpoints.

Ensure distributors & retailers compliance with brand CRM standards and implementation guidelines

Provide monthly insights on CRM actions and KPIs
E-Commerce & E-Retail:

Manage online presence across regional E-retailers, ensuring perfect CARS (Content, Assortment, Ratings & Reviews, Search) execution

Align E-retail activations with commercial and marketing priorities, maximizing online visibility and conversion.

Track and report key e-commerce KPIs: Sales, Market Share, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Traffic.

Monitor competitors’ e-commerce activities and propose innovative activations to reinforce Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s online leadership.
Budget & Performance Management:

Oversee & optimize A&P budgets across all channels ensuring efficient allocation and ROI for all e-retail, digital & CRM activations

Monitor, report and optimize E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, Online weight, ROAS, CR, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score).

Lead digital, e-com & CRM costs to ensure adherence to financial targets

Track monthly digital/ e-com sell-out performance by market, by retailer, by category, identifying key business drivers

Ensure a monthly tracker of CRM KPIs & dashboards
-
Prepare monthly reports and business reviews highlighting key achievements, challenges and corrective actions
Qualifications
-
1-3 years of experience in E-commerce/Digital fields
-
Proven expertise in omnichannel digital marketing, digital ecosystem management, e-commerce management
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-
Data-driven with proficient analytical skills
-
Very good skills with Excel & MS Office
-
Professional fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
