DGM - Closing TL (SOBO)

Role Summary:


The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of sales targets for the assigned site through sales planning, overseeing sales administration and organizing market research.


Responsibility Area


Operational

• Assigns sales targets to team

• Tracks the Sales Inventory

• Interacts with customers in converting potential leads and negotiates with customers

• Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads & lead management

• Explores new opportunities in Direct Sales in the site.

• Sales Admin: Ensures management of all aspects of after-sales relationship with customers, systemic input & management of data


People

• Defines and sets work objectives for team members

• Balances work allocation in team

• Reviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviews

• Completes performance appraisals of team

• Carries out team building & engagement activities


Process Adherence & Improvement

• Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement

• Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity

• Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area

• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes

• Adheres to project timelines


Learning and Development

• Identifies self-development needs

• Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.


Must Have Skills & Qualification :


  • MBA in Marketing & Sales
  • 8-14 years of experience in closing sales deals in real estate/ construction industry
  • Must have handled ticket size of not less than 15cr, single unit.
  • Must have good understanding of Micro Market.
  • Have good experience in handling HNI / UHNI / International Clients.
  • Good Team Leader.
