Job Purpose

We are looking for a senior leader to ensure supplier industrialization and production readiness in line with manufacturing standards and program timelines. This role will act as the technical interface between suppliers and internal teams such as R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Industrialization

• Drive supplier readiness using APQP
• Conduct Process Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and production line validation
• Ensure PPAP Level 3/4 compliance including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and Run-at-Rate
• Support DFM reviews and early supplier engagement
• Audit suppliers for manufacturing capability, capacity, and maturity

Manufacturing Engineering

• Support production line setup, equipment commissioning, and process validation
• Lead supplier problem-solving using 8D, RCA, CAPA
• Drive lean manufacturing and best practice benchmarking
• Manage engineering changes and process updates

PPAP & Documentation

• Guide and review complete PPAP submissions
• Validate process flows, PFMEA, control plans, dimensional reports, test results, MSA, and SPC
• Coordinate PPAP approvals with internal quality teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
• Strong experience in Supplier Development / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrialization
• Deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC
• Hands-on experience in supplier audits, line validation, and process improvement
• Exposure to Die Casting, Machining, Sheet Metal, Injection Moulding, Electronics manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Certifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• CQE / Certified Supplier Quality Professional
• IATF 16949 awareness or auditor training
