DHA - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse

Position Title: Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse – Doctor On Call Services

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call service team. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality medical care during home or site visits. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a mobile healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during home and on-site medical consultations.
• Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring strict infection control compliance.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions.
• Prepare and manage medical kits, ensuring readiness and compliance with clinical standards.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and ethical nursing practices at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (for RN or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• New UAE graduates with DHA eligibility are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile healthcare, home visits, or community nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation:

• Rotational shifts (including day and night shifts).
• Transportation provided between office and visit locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
