Key Responsibilities

This is a field-based role, where you will visit patients at home to provide supportive nursing care, including but not limited to:

• Assisting Registered Nurses and General Practitioners in patient care activities
• Basic nursing duties such as vital signs monitoring, patient hygiene, and mobility support
• Postnatal and maternity assistance (mother & newborn care within AN scope)
• Elderly care, including feeding support, mobility, and companionship
• Wound dressing assistance and medication support under supervision
• Assisting in physiotherapy sessions (positioning, patient support)
• Preparing and maintaining clean and safe care environments
• Accurate documentation of care provided and timely reporting to RN/GP

Note: All duties must be performed strictly within the DHA-approved scope of practice for Assistant Nurses and under supervision where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid and active DHA license as an Assistant Nurse
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical and/or homecare experience
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts, including weekends, night shifts, or emergency calls as needed
• Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills with a patient-first mindset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Tagalog, or Arabic is a plus
• BLS certification preferred
• Preferably on own/spouse visa for faster onboarding (open to sponsorship if required)

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,500 – 4,000/month, depending on experience
