DHA Licensed Home Care Nurse (Assistant Nurse)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA license and have hands-on experience with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) tubes and NG (Nasogastric) tubes, ventilator. You will play a crucial role in supporting patients with special medical needs and ensuring high-quality, safe, and empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the care and management of patients requiring PEG and NG tube feeding,ventilator
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions accurately
• Administer medication and support nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Support patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license (Assistant Nurse)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or home care setting
• Proven experience handling PEG and NG tubes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
