Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate DHA Licensed Nurse to provide professional healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in patient care, possess strong clinical knowledge, and demonstrate empathy and professionalism in delivering home healthcare services under rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes as per DHA standards.
• Monitor, record, and report patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV therapy.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure effective care planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow appropriate nursing protocols.
• Educate patients and family members on post-care routines, medication adherence, and health maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ethical guidelines as set by DHA and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid DHA Nursing License or Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare or hospital setting.
• Proficient in patient care management, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rotational or flexible shifts.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and detail-oriented professional approach.

Shift Pattern:

• Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) based on patient requirements.
• Flexible schedule including weekends or public holidays when needed.
