Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring optimal health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Educate patients and families about health management and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in homecare or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
