Position: Homecare Caregiver

We are urgently looking for experienced Homecare Caregivers currently based in the UAE for immediate joining.

Job Responsibilities

Elderly Care

• Assist elderly patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nurse/doctor
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders as per care plan
• Support post-hospitalization and chronic illness patients

Mom & Baby Care

• Postnatal care for mothers
• Newborn baby care (feeding support, hygiene, sleep routine)
• Assist mothers in recovery after delivery
• Baby massage (if trained) and general infant care
• Maintain hygiene and safety for both mother and baby

Homecare Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment
• Follow care plans provided by the nursing/medical team
• Record daily care activities and observations
• Support physiotherapy or mobility exercises if required
• Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Must be currently in UAE
• Immediate joining required
• Previous Homecare / Elderly Care / Mom & Baby Care experience mandatory
• Experience in UAE homecare preferred
• Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
• Caring, patient, and responsible attitude
• Willing to work flexible shifts (day/night/live-in if required)
• Valid documents (visa / Emirates ID preferred)
