Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver from the Philippines to join our Dubai-based Home Health Care Services team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support to patients in a home care setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and support with exercises as advised
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or family
• Support patients with feeding and basic medication reminders (as instructed)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s immediate environment
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
• Follow care plans and adhere to home healthcare policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a caregiver (home care or hospital setting)
• Caregiver training certificate or relevant qualification preferred
• Basic knowledge of patient safety, hygiene, and elderly care
• Good communication skills in English
• Patient, caring, and compassionate personality
