Home Care Nurse

Job Title: Home-Care Registered Nurse (DHA Registered)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 AED per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate DHA-registered (or DHA-eligible) Registered Nurse to provide home-care nursing services to patients across Dubai. The nurse will deliver professional clinical care, monitor patient health, and support families in managing ongoing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care at patients’ homes including medication administration, wound care, IV/infusion management, nebulization, and vital-sign monitoring.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and basic support.
• Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and report critical observations to the supervising doctor or medical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans.
• Implement and follow treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Educate patients and family members on post-treatment care, medication use, and hygiene practices.
• Follow infection-control standards, safety procedures, and home-care protocols.
• Respond effectively in emergency situations and ensure patient safety at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent).
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in hospital or home-care settings.
• Strong clinical skills in wound care, medication management, and patient monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to different locations in Dubai.

Working Conditions
