DHA Registered Nurse- Site/Industrial Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DHA Licensed Industrial Nurse to provide comprehensive occupational healthcare services at industrial and corporate client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare, emergency response, workplace health promotion, and ensuring compliance with UAE occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and routine medical screenings.
• Manage occupational illnesses and work-related injuries, ensuring appropriate treatment and referrals.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies until advanced medical assistance arrives.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the DHA scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prepare incident, injury, and treatment reports.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical assessments.
• Monitor employees with chronic medical conditions and provide health education.
• Support workplace wellness initiatives, vaccination campaigns, and health awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, MOHRE requirements, and occupational health standards.
• Monitor workplace hygiene and participate in risk assessments related to employee health.
• Coordinate with physicians, safety officers, HR teams, and management regarding employee health matters.
• Maintain medical supplies, emergency equipment, and first aid kits, ensuring readiness at all times.
• Participate in emergency drills and assist in developing emergency response plans.
• Ensure strict infection prevention and control practices are followed.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
