Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff across assigned departments.
• Ensure quality patient care and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
• Monitor patient treatment plans and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and hospital management.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations and healthcare protocols.
• Handle emergency situations and provide clinical guidance when required.
• Maintain inventory and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent.
• Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in ICU department preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ICU department supervisor role: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• DHA/ DOH (Required)
