Who is our ideal candidate for the role?

The ideal candidate is an energetic DHA Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse with excellent clinical and communication skills, while reflecting our corporate vision and values, and has the passion to grow within the role and within our organization.

The role reports directly Medical Director and Home Healthcare Director of the Group. The candidate will execute on mandates related to different service lines as per client requirements.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Has a DHA Eligibility Letter or License as a "Registered Nurse” / "Assistant Nurse"
• Excellent nursing knowledge and skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Be able to provide nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Be able to think rationally, follow DHA regulations and take quick decisions

DAY to DAY Duties shall include:

• Provide nursing care at home for patients recovering from chronic or acute conditions, including nurse assessment, medication as per DHA regulations, IV Infusions, Nebulization, Wound Care, Phlebotomy, Tracheostomy Care, Catheter Care, PEG Tube Feed, etc.
• Monitor and record vital signs, perform basic diagnostic investigations like use of glucometer, pulse-oximeter, ECG recording, etc.
• Manage and maintain patient care documentation or medical records

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
