We're looking for a team member with strong organizational skills and strong communication skills to work in the operations
department of our dental clinic, which serves international patients.
This position will coordinate with the sales team at our head office to ensure the smooth progress of patient follow-up,
payment processes, and treatment planning.
Duties and Responsibilities

Creating and updating incoming patient records in the CRM system.

Following patient scheduling and payment processes.

Regularly updating relevant Excel spreadsheets, files, and operation reports.

Ensuring information flow between sales and operations teams.

Resolving organizational issues and ensuring smooth processes by liaising with the operations manager.

Following up the status of patients whose treatment has been completed and organizing potential RPT processes.

Communicating with international patients verbally or in writing when necessary.
Required Qualifications

University graduate,

Proficient in CRM programs (preferably Bitrix),

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office programs,

Strong communication and organizational skills,

Experience in health tourism or the dental sector,

Speaking English,

Teamworker, attentive, and solution-oriented.
