We are looking for a call center specialist who will establish the first contact with international patient candidates, manage the treatment planning process, and be responsible for converting leads into sales. Join the sales team of our rapidly growing health tourism clinic to build trust-based communication with patients. We are seeking persuasive, result-oriented team members who can establish strong connections.

The role involves initiating the first contact with patients coming from abroad, analyzing their needs to ensure accurate information flow, starting the treatment planning process, maintaining regular communication with patients to increase conversion rates, and tracking the entire process through the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/call center, preferably in health tourism or a related field
  • Fluency in Romanian is mandatory (a second foreign language is a plus)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, being proactive and result-oriented
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM is an advantage
  • Motivated to work towards sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Initial Contact and Information Transfer

  • Communicate with patient candidates via the website, social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email
  • Analyze patient requests and direct them to the relevant treatment departments
  • Provide general information about the clinic, doctors, and treatments
  • Enter detailed patient profiles into the CRM system

2. Treatment Planning Process

  • Request photos and medical information from patient candidates
  • Assist the doctor in preparing a suitable treatment plan
  • Present the plan to the patient clearly and persuasively
  • Provide details about pricing, payment terms, and ongoing campaigns

3. Sales Process and Follow-up

  • Maintain regular communication with patients to accelerate their decision-making process
  • Handle objections and concerns professionally
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales (e.g., flight ticket, appointment confirmation, etc.)
  • Accurately update and track lead statuses in the CRM system

4. Communication and Collaboration

  • Work in coordination with other call center representatives, the marketing team, and doctor assistants
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Ensure accurate and complete handover to the post-sales patient experience team
