We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Diagnostic Laboratory Manager to join our team and lead our diagnostic operations with efficiency and quality focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic laboratory.
• Ensure adherence to quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and coordinate with laboratory staff for smooth workflow.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and reliability of diagnostic services.
• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs.
• Liaise with doctors, patients, and administrative staff for effective service delivery.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/ MBA/ MHA preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Laboratory, Diagnostic Centre, or Hospital Administration.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of diagnostic laboratory processes and healthcare administration.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
