Diagnostic Radiology (Physician)

Doctor's Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform and report ultrasounds of the abdomen, pelvis, vascular, small parts, etc.
• Daily report x-ray studies.
• Management of the radiology department, preparing a weekly work plan for the x-ray technicians
• Interpret laboratory studies related to the patient being studied in radiology
• Consulting with other medical professionals to diagnose disease or injury
• Check the daily quality control of radiology equipment.
• Check and monitor the PPM of radiology equipment
• Check the radiation protection program for technicians, hospital staff, and patients.
• Check the statistical control of the X-ray department.
• Suggest the most appropriate studies for each patient, optimizing time and resources
• Interacting with patients, gathering information, and identifying underlying conditions
• Preparing research papers and presenting at medical conferences
