Shark Technologies is hiring Dialer Administrator for our US based call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and optimize automated call center dialing systems, configuring campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing call data to improve agent productivity, and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor real-time performance of dialer platforms and other related software and applications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with the dialer system to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure all dialing activities comply with relevant telemarketing regulations and company policies.
- Analyze call campaign data, and provide reports on agent performance and dialer output to management.
- Meticulous attention to detail for precise configuration of dialer settings and data management.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, which involves close collaboration with IT and operations
* Preference will be given to experienced applicants working in US based call center.
