Job Summary:
The Dialling Agent in a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers (primarily in the U.S.) to qualify leads, provide product information, and generate interest in DME products such as braces, orthotics, diabetic supplies, and other medical equipment. Agents must follow strict compliance guidelines, use approved scripts, and ensure accurate data collection for eligibility verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer to prospects, primarily seniors or individuals with chronic conditions.
- Qualify patients based on insurance (e.g., Medicare), medical conditions, and other campaign-specific criteria.
- Clearly explain DME products and benefits to potential customers using a predefined script.
- Handle objections and inquiries professionally while staying within compliance guidelines.
- Transfer or escalate qualified leads to licensed agents, closer teams, or verification departments.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., talk time, conversions, transfers).
- Stay updated on product knowledge, compliance changes, and campaign updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a DME campaign is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and handle repetitive tasks professionally.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
