Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using provided leads and dialing systems.
• Introduce and briefly explain DME products and services to potential customers.
• Confirm basic customer information and eligibility criteria.
• Generate and forward interested leads to the verification or closing department.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:
