The Dialysis/Nephrology Manager will oversee the operations of the dialysis and nephrology department, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with clinical standards, and efficient resource utilisation. 3. Number of Years’ Experience:

• Minimum: 7–10 years of clinical experience in nephrology/dialysis care
• Leadership experience: At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a dialysis or nephrology setting

4. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare discipline
• Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

5. Certifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

6. Any Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of dialysis modalities, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage departmental budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., JCI, local health authority standards)
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data-driven performance management
