Dialysis Technician

Key Responsibilities :-

* Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment before each treatment session.

* Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments of patients, including vital signs and weight.

* Connect and disconnect patients to dialysis machines with adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

* Monitor patients during dialysis for any adverse reactions and report immediately to the nurse or physician.

* Ensure accurate documentation of treatment details, patient responses, and machine readings.

* Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and water systems according to hospital standards.

* Assist in patient education on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.

* Maintain adequate inventory of dialysis supplies and ensure equipment functionality.

* Follow all hospital policies, infection control procedures, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements :-

* Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician.

* Knowledge of dialysis procedures, hemodialysis equipment, and water treatment systems.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
