Dialysis Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dialysis equipment and verify proper functioning before each session
• Assess and prepare patients for dialysis treatment
• Perform hemodialysis procedures under supervision of a nephrologist or dialysis nurse
• Monitor patients during dialysis, recording vital signs and responding to any adverse symptoms
• Ensure the cleanliness, sterilization, and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment
• Maintain accurate treatment records and patient data
• Educate patients about post-dialysis care and hygiene
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Dialysis Technology
• Prior experience in a dialysis unit preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care principles
• Strong attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork skills

Experience Required: 2-3 years experience
