Dialysis Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide safe, effective hemodialysis treatment to patients with kidney failure while ensuring high-quality patient care and a supportive treatment environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate dialysis equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Record vital signs and patient information accurately in medical records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment area
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
• Inspect, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and water treatment systems
• Assist patients with mobility and comfort needs during treatment
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff
• Respond promptly to patient concerns or changes in condition
• Educate patients on dialysis processes and care instructions as directed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
